Synchronise Attendance Registers with Management Information System Attendance Reports

This feature is only available for organisations that use IRIS Data Extractor to connect their SIMS to IRIS ParentMail.

Use attendance reports from your Management Information System (MIS) to automatically populate attendance marks and default meal patterns in IRIS ParentMailregisters.

Only default meal patterns from SIMS are synchronised — meals set using the SIMS Dinner Money tool are not included.

To start using attendance reports with registers:

  1. Set up attendance report synchronisation.
  2. Choose the synchronisation options for each attendance register.
