Change Attendance Register Settings

This feature is only available for organisations that use IRIS Data Extractor to connect their SIMS to IRIS ParentMail.

To manage if attendance reports from your Management Information System (MIS) are used to take Attendance registers, and when they are synchronised: 

Any changes made to Attendance Registers Settings are applied to all Attendance registers. To only include or ignore meal pattens when taking registers, the synchronisation options must be changed on each relevant register.

  1. Go to Registers, then select Settings.
  2. To start or stop synchronising, from Synchronise Attendance Reports, S select On or Off.
  3. In Attendance Report Synchronisation Options, change the time to run the synchronisation each day.
  4. Save the settings.
