Use Meal Patterns for Attendance Report Synchronisation
This feature is only available for organisations that use IRIS Data Extractor to connect their SIMS to IRIS ParentMail.
To only take Attendance registers using meal patterns set in your Management Information System (MIS), you must choose to include meal patterns.
Only default meal patterns from SIMS are synchronised — meals set using the SIMS Dinner Money tool are not included.
To include meal patterns, when creating the register or editing the options for an existing one:
- In the Create Register or Edit Register dialog, go to the Synchronise with Management Information System (MIS) Options section.
- Select Only take the register for members with School Meal set as the meal type in your MIS.
If Only take the register for members with School Meal set as the meal type in your MIS is not selected, price band values are automatically charged for all members with an attendance mark.
