Technical service request (TSR) types

There are a number of Technical Service Requests available.

Type Information
Employee Movements A request to add additional fields to the Employee Movements screen.
Email Dataset The background data that you select to populate an email inside Cascade.

We cannot change the built-in email dataset but we can clone them if new fields require adding.

Data Upload Data Upload includes Data Upload to Main and Job & Salary screens. This is an upload to a screen, generally where import is not available or there is a large amount of data.
Copy Add & Update of Job and Salary Record A specific type of data upload where most of the data is copied from the latest job record and we change the data you request.
Calculated Field A read-only field used to display a calculation or lookup and display a field from another screen.
ADDE Change Changes to Active Directory Data Exchange fields and configuration.
Change to existing Imports Changes to automatic imports into your system.
Add IP Restrictions Add IP restrictions for your site.
Create a page-field lookup This allows employee pickers from user defined screens to be used in workflows.
Linked Select If the Customer has 2 dropdown controls on a page. Dropdown 2 will only show values relating to the option selected in Dropdown 1.
Lock Screen A screen that is locked by an employee action usually a tickbox and comes with a second screen for administrators to unlock the screen.
URL Change A change to your site URL.
Timesheet Update An update to add or remove columns from Group timesheets only.
Data Deletion You can delete most data by deleting individual records and / or in bulk by using the data destruction tool, however you may have bulk data you would like to delete that cant be done using the tool.
