Remove Support Entitlements from a contact profile

As an IRIS Service Community administrator, you can determine who in your organisation can raise a case with the IRIS Service Team for assistance. Access to contact the IRIS Service Team is granted by adding a Support Entitlement. You can revoke access by removing a Support Entitlement.

This method is used to remove one or more entitlements from a contact profile. Alternatively, you can remove one or more support entitlements from the Support Entitlements page.

This process needs to be carried out for each IRIS application, product, hardware or service the user may want to contact IRIS Service Team about.

It is important to keep your Support Entitlements list up to date, especially if a user has left or changed roles.

  1. Select the Contact page.

  2. Select the contact name you wish to remove the Support Entitlement from.

  3. From the Contact Entitlements list, select the drop-down and select Delete.

  4. You will be asked to confirm the action. Select Delete.
