Advanced section

The Advanced section can contain licensed modules:

• Timesheet

• Planner

• Reports and Analysis

• Query Builder

• Tasklist

• Documents

• Course Listings

Timesheet

This option is only available if your organisation is licensed for one or more of the following:

• Self Service Timesheets.

• Group Timesheets.

• Time and Attendance.

When you click this option:

• If your organisation is only licensed for one of these modules, you will see the module screen straight away.

• If your organisation uses more than one of the modules, you will see a menu screen.

Planner

Use this option to access your planner screen. If you have the appropriate access, you can also view the planner for other employees.

Reports and Analysis

Use this option to access the Reports and Analysis section, which provides options for reporting on data in IRIS Cascade. The Reports and Analysis options you see depend on your organisation's licence details for the modules.

Query Builder

Use this option to access Query Builder.

Tasklist

Use this option to access your task list, where you can manage any tasks that you need to complete (for example, new starter/leaver tasks from workflows).

Documents

This option is a licensed module, which gives employees access to documents to download and read.

Course Listings

This option is only available if your organisation is licensed for the Training module.

Use this option to access details of any scheduled courses made available from the Training module. Click the name of a course to view its details.
