Logging into IRIS Service Community for the First Time

When you purchase or sign-up for an IRIS Software Group product, you receive an invitation by email to access the IRIS Service Community.

To log into the IRIS Service Community for the first time: 

1. Select the logging into the community link in the Welcome to the IRIS Customer Service Community - IRIS! email.
2. Enter your Username we have provided in the email.
3. To set a password: 
   1. To generate a password reset email, select Forgot Your Password?
   2. From the Your new IRIS Password email, select the link.
   3. Select Reset Password.
   4. Enter a new password and confirm it, then select Change Password.

Your account has then been activated and you are automatically logged into the IRIS Service Community.
