Customising the employer portal

When you customise the employer portal, Only the employer users (if access is given) and the employees of the company will have the custom settings displayed.

This is different to customising the payroll department portal.

1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

3. Select the Employers menu.

4. Your available employers are displayed.

5. Select + to expand the details of an employer.

   

6. Select Administration.

   

7. Select Branding.

   To add a logo:

   1. Select the box to browse for the image or drag the image.

      

   2. Or enter the URL of the logo.

      

   To change the colour:

   1. Use the colour picker.

   2. If you know the HEX colour code for your company colour you can enter it directly.

   3. or use the slider and circle to choose a colour of your choice.

      

8. Select Save.

The image file should not exceed 500KB (to check the size: Right-click on the image in Explorer and select Properties) Recommended File formats: .JPG .PNG .GIF
