Before exam results day

We recommend completing the following tasks before results day to make sure you are ready to send exam results to students:

  1. In SIMS: 
    • You have entered student details and email addresses in section 4
    • The Exam Manager module is activated
    • The exam results you want to send have been awarded within the last 90 days

    For more information, contact the person A parent, legal guardian, carer, or someone responsible for a student. at your organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software. who administers SIMS.

  1. Set up Student Reach to automatically import the student details and exam results from SIMS

  2. To make sure students receive the emails and can access the link with their results, add no-reply@ps-connect.cloud to your organisation's safe senders email list
