Create Price Bands

Price bands are used to set the attendance fee. A Free Price Band is set as the default for all registers. To charge an attendance fee, you must create price bands and add members of the register to the band.

If students are entitled to Free School Meals (FSM), Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM), or free care, either use the Free Price Band, or create a specific price band for each.

  1. Select Create Band.
  2. To identify the price band, enter a meaningful Name.
  3. Enter the Price.
  4. Add register members to the price band.

    All students or staff members added as members of the register are automatically added to the default price band unless added to a specific price band.

    • To automatically add all members to the price band, select Default.
    • To add specific students or staff members to the price band, select Edit Members.
      1. If the name is known, use the search bar to locate them immediately.

        If the name is not known, use the Categories tree to drill down to the required user.

        To choose all members of a category, select the relevant category.

      2. Select all required contacts, then select Confirm.
  1. Select Save.
