Create Club Week Template

To set club session times and available places for a week:

  1. Go to Registers, then select Create Template.
  2. To help identify the template when adding it to a register schedule, enter a meaningful Name.
  3. From Type, select Club.
  4. From Format, select Week.
  5. For Monday, choose the type of day you want to add to the template.

    If Blank day is selected, go to step 8.

    If Use day template is selected:

    1. Enter the Name of the Day template.
    2. For the required template, select Use Template.
    3. If required, edit the sessions and availability.

    Editing a Day template on a Week template does not change the details on the Day template.

  6. To help identify the day when the template is added to a schedule, enter a meaningful Day Name, such as, Monday Art Club or Tuesday Football Club.
  7. Add the details of all required session groups.
  8. To enter the details for all session groups for Tuesday, select Next Day.
  9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 for the rest of the required week days.

    If required, use Previous Day to go back and update the template.

  10. After entering session times and available places for Sunday, select Save Template.
  11. When you have created the required template, you can now set up a Club register.
