Add Session Groups to Club Templates

You can add as many session groups as required for a Day or Week template. For each new group you want to add, select + Add Session Group.

We recommend adding a group for each session, such as, 3pm to 5pm, 5pm to 7pm.

  1. To identify what group the session times and availability belong to, enter a meaningful name in Session Group Title.

    The Session Group Title is displayed to parents and carers when booking places through their IRIS ParentMail account.

  2. Select the session Start Time and End Time for all required Sessions.

    At least one session must be entered for each group. To add more sessions, select +Add Session.

  3. To charge prices for sessions in addition to the register price band, enter the amount in Additional Price.
  4. To share any other information about the session with parents, carers, or staff members, Add Optional Info, then enter the details.
  5. In Availability, select the Start Time and End Time group places are available for .The times must match Sessions times.

    Availability start and end times must follow on from one another and cannot overlap.For example, if the club sessions are 15:00 to 17:30 and 16:00 to 17:00, availability cannot be 15:00 to 16:30 and 16:00 to 17:00.

  6. Enter the number of places available in Slots.

    At least one set of Start Time, End Time, and Slots must be entered for each group. To add more availability, select +Add Availability.

  7. Continue creating the Club Day or Week template.
