AI Writing Assistant
We've added the AI Writing Assistant that uses Chat GPT technology to help you
Email Suppression Report
To find details of all parents and carers, or contacts, who have blocked or marked your organisation's emails from IRIS ParentMail as spam or junk, run the Email Suppression report.
Go to Reports, then General Reports. Select the Email Suppression report, then Generate.
Fixes and Updates
Registers
The following updates have been made for organisations using SIMS and the Attendance Synchronisation feature:
- The import now cancels correctly when cancelling override synchronisation with MIS Attendance Reports
- Updated wording for the sychronising with MIS Attendance Reports meal pattern options
- Students eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) now synchronise correctly
Other Fixes and Updates
- Improved security updates
- For organisations using iSAMS or IRIS Ed:gen and IRIS Data Extractor — Primary Contact details now import correctly
- Reports now correctly display year and registration group details after updating them in IRIS ParentMail
IRIS PlusPay
- Resolved issues with some student cashless accounts no longer showing after completing summer rollover
- Payment item descriptions now save correctly
- Resolved issues with creating forced paper copy barcodes for cashless accounts
