Run a Report

A variety of reports are available in IRIS ParentMail, which must be downloaded in PDF or Comma Delimited (CSV) format to be viewed, and edited (if required in Microsoft Excel). For a list of all reports available, go to General Reports List and Payment Reports List.

Generating a report overwrites any previously generated report. To keep a copy of a report, make sure it is downloaded and saved.

  1. Go to Reports > General Reports or Reports > Payment Reports.
  2. Select the report you want to run, enter the details for the information you want displayed in the report, for example, to and from dates.
  3. Select Generate Report.
  4. You receive an email when the report has been generated. Select CSV or PDF to download a copy of the report.

We recommend running the following reports on a regular basis:

  • Parent - Connection Status Report — lists any person responsible for a student at your organisation and their IRIS ParentMail account status

  • Parents with Missing Contact Information — lists any person who is missing either an email address or a mobile number from their contact information in IRIS ParentMail

  • Pupils That Require Email Paper Copies — all students at your organisation who require a paper copy when sending emails

  • Verified User Changes — all changes made by your organisation, imports, or details changed by a person changing their personal details
