You can chat with an agent by selecting Chat with an Expert.
Agent Offline is displayed when chat is not available.

From the Pre Chat Form, search for the asset (product or service), select the Category, enter a Subject, then click Request Chat. A reply will be received as soon as an agent becomes available.
