Maintain custom job portfolios

Custom job portfolios can be created to display jobs for set services and permission groups. These portfolios are based on the Global Standard Job Management. Users will require permission to access this page together with access any custom job portfolios. Up to 5 custom Job portfolios can be created.

  1. Select Admin > Categories from the menu.

  2. Select Main Categories from the list, then select Custom Job Portfolios.

  3. Click Add (or View/Edit to edit an existing category).

  4. Enter a Title for the portfolio which will be the name displayed in the Staff task pad.

  5. Select the Services that will be included in the portfolio. This will generate a list of jobs associated with the selected services.

  6. Select the permission Groups who can access this portfolio. Only the permission groups selected will see the custom portfolio on the Staff task pad in the Staff menu.

The custom portfolio will be available from the task pad when the server cache is refreshed. To see the portfolio immediately, you will need to clear the server cache, then log out and back in again.
