Check employees email addresses

It is recommended you go though the list of employees and check the email address.

My ePay Window. requires some information in the employee record is complete before you can publish.

For security, employees will be asked to confirm their NI Number when creating their account. Some employees may not have had an NI Number

To add or edit an email address:

  1. Open IRIS Earnie and the required company.

  2. Select the Employee menu.

  3. Select Alter Current Employee.

  4. Select the first employee.

  5. The email address is found on the General tab.

  6. Save when complete.

    You can move between employees by selecting forward and back from the toolbar.Back and forward buttons on the toolbar

How to create a report

You can create a report (or Excel export) from Quick Reports .

  1. Select the Reports menu.

  2. Select Quick Report Writer.

  3. Select Add.

  4. Enter the Title.

  5. Remove the Prompt for Period option.

  6. Select the Fields tab.

  7. From MainStandard add the following fields:

    1. Forename - First.

    2. E-mail address.

      Surname will be added automatically.

  8. Select Save.

  9. Select Print.
