Required Employee Information

At the moment the Employer is ‘connected’ all their employees are allocated a Unique Portal Member ID - this is held within the payroll and links accounts on the payroll software and the My ePay Window portal.

In order for Employees to be connected to the Portal their record must include:

  • Member ID – this must be populated (IRIS Payroll Professional only)

  • Date of Birth.

  • National Insurance Number and / or Passport.

    The National Insurance number is used to verify the identity of the user. If the employee does not have a National Insurance Number you can enter a passport number.

  • Address line 1

  • Valid Email address – should be for an individual not group email.

    An employee can use the same email addresses across multiple accounts. The user name has to be unique between accounts.

    IRIS Payroll Professional Only: If a CIS sub-contractor does not have a National Insurance Number and Passport, enter a memorable word in the passport field within Payroll Professional so the sub-contractor can register successfully.
