Updating applicant data

  1. Click the Launch icon, then select Recruitment+.
  2. Select Convert Applicants.

  3. Select Update in the Action column for the applicant you want to update.

  4. Amend the information as required and select Save.

On this screen, you can view the documents that are being imported.  If needed, you can add them to the following screens:

  • RECRUITMENT DOCUMENTS (Default)

  • Any custom list screen with a document control

  • DOCUMENTS screen

You can assign an image file (.jpg .jpge .png & .gif) to be the employees photo by selecting the PICTURE option in the list. This will transfer when the applicant’s data is converted into IRIS Cascade.

The Update option needs to be enabled for the users role, refer to Recruitment+ users and user groups.
