Viewing previously generated export files

1. Go to Admin.

2. Select 3rd Party Interface Manager from the main navigation menu.
   

3. From the Action column, select History for the template entry.

4. The Export Files history for the template is displayed.
   
   

This screen can show all of the export files produced and saved in the system. To make this screen more manageable for the user, there are three filter options on it. This allows you to filter by the Export Template used to create the file, the person who generated it, and how long ago this file was produced.

Against each Export file there are two actions available, Download and Delete.
