Add services

To add a service to your proposal process:

  1. Select the cog icon from the main menu.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Proposal manager configuration.

  4. Select New Section.

  5. Enter the service section Name and provide a short description as to what this service entails.

  6. By default, the option Section expanded by default will be activated. This means that when a user starts the Create Proposal process all line items for this section will be expanded and visible. If you prefer to hide line items, turn this option off.

  7. Select Save, the new section is added to the side bar list.

  8. Finally, from the list of service sections, select Publish to show the service section on the create proposal screen, in the example below the section Limited company/LLP services is Published and will be available during create proposal. The section Payroll is Unpublished and will not be available during create proposal.
