The following updates were made to IRIS Reach during May 2023:
New Features
Delete Multiple Custom Groups
Multiple custom groups can now be deleted at the same time. In Group Manager, select the required groups, then select Delete.
IRIS Absence Call Voice Messages Included on the Student Report
Details of voice message responses from parents and carers are now included on the Student Report.
Go to the Student Report. In the Absence Reporting Log section, responses are displayed as Absence Call An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. Voice Message.
Parents' Evening Manager
A report displaying all booked appointments for a parents' evening is now available from the Appointments section of the Event Report.
Fixes and Updates
- Guidance added to warning message displayed when attempting to log into IRIS Reach with an invalid IRIS Identity account
IRIS PlusPay
- Resolved issues with downloading PDF copies of IRIS PlusPay reports
- Resolved issues with Parental Consent Required ordered items not displaying in Order History
- When selecting a student, viewing orders for items now correctly displays payment history
- References to PSF have been updated toIRIS Financials
- IRIS Financials Manual Reconciliation Report and IRIS Financials Synced Transactions report now display correct date and time for each transaction
Parents and Carers using the MyEd App
- For organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software.s using Timetables, these are now displayed in the MyEd Name of the application parents and carers use to receive messages sent by schools using IRIS Reach. app for linked parents and carers
