The following updates were made to IRIS Reach during July 2023:
New Features
Search and Filter Absence Calls
The Absence Call An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. Management call list can now be filtered and sorted. A search facility is also available, if required.
- In Absence Call, either enter the details in Search or select Filter.

Use the filters on each column to enter specific criteria, or sort the results.
The number of results displayed for each page can also be set by selecting the required value from Show entries.
Fixes and Updates

- When adding buttons to an existing option group on a form, the selected Option Button Group name is now populated
- Resolved issues with first page of results for filtered absence calls An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. being displayed every time the selected page refreshed
IRIS PlusPay
- Resolved issues with trailing spaces in authentication details for CIVICA till systems
- Payments now process correctly where special characters are included in item names and descriptions
- Resolved issues logging into IRIS PlusPay with an IRIS Identity account
