The following updates were made to IRIS Reach during October 2022:

New Features

IRIS Absence Call

You can now filter the Absence Call An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. Management view by status.

Go to Absence, select Absence Call, then choose the relevant status from Current Status Determines at what stage in the absence alert process a call is currently at..

Fixes and Updates

• Contributions for Snapshots with Used to be Active status no longer replaced with the contributions for those with Currently Active status
• Resolved issues with emails not being sent to previously unsubscribed email addresses that have been resubscribed
• Language correctly updated when importing from SIMS
• Inbox and My Ed Users pages no longer loading slowly
• Staff Login generated for staff members added as a Substitute Staff Member for Parents' Evenings appointments
• Appointment bookings page for parents and carers now loads in Firefox™ and Microsoft Edge™ browsers
