Fixes and Updates

All fixes and updates listed below relate to the Parents' Evening Manager:

• Parents and carers can no longer book an appointment that has already been selected by another parent or carer at the same time.
• Parents' Evening appointments available for staff members added to a Parents' Evening as part of a Custom Group.
• Details of substituted staff members displayed on appointments.
• Remaining characters and text message credits used displayed when creating an invite.
