Send Staff Portal Login Details

To access details about their appointments and join video calls, Staff members invited to a parents' evening must be given their login details for the Staff Portal.

  1. Find and select the relevant parent's evening event.
  2. Select Staff Logins.
  3. For the required staff member, either: 
    • Copy their Staff Portal Link and Passcode, then send it to them.
    • Hover on their Name, then select Email.
