Appointment Slots and Times

Set Up Parents' Evenings — Step 2 Back to Step 1

To choose when appointments are available, in Appointments set the event dates and appointment length.

1. Select the dates of the event.

2. Choose an Appointment Length.

3. To allow time for attendees to get to their next appointment or join another video, select a Time Between Appointments.
4. Select each time or click and drag to select multiple appointment times for the date.
5. Save the details.
6. Choose the appointment types.
