Manage Community Reach Communication Templates

You can set up preset templates for text messages, emails, or letters to send from IRIS Reach, which are used for messages that need to be sent on multiple occasions throughout the academic year, for example, trip reminders.

Create Templates

  1. Go to Community Reach > Preset Messages.
  2. Select the template type, enter the required details in Add Preset Message.
  3. Select Add to save the template.

Edit Templates

If you need to change the Message Title or The Message content for a template, it can be edited.

  1. Go to Community Reach > Preset Messages.
  2. Select the template type, then next to the required template, from Actions, select Edit.
  3. Change the required details, then select Go to save.

Delete Templates

If you no longer need a template, it can be deleted.

  1. Go to Community Reach > Preset Messages.
  2. Select the template type, then next to the required template, from Actions, select Delete.
  3. A confirmation is displayed, select OK to confirm.
