Cancel Calls

Stop or cancel absence calls An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. if they were made in error or are no longer needed.

Calls cannot be cancelled if:

— The Session - Calls End Time it was made in has passed

— Has a Current Status Determines at what stage in the absence alert process a call is currently at. of Failed or Completed

1. Go to Absence Call An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent..
2. For the required call, select the Current Status. Alternatively, to cancel all calls select Stop All Calls.

3. Enter a reason for cancellation, then select Save.
