IRIS Absence Call Current Status

| Cancelled | Call will no longer be made | Restart call (Only if still within session start and end times) |
| Failed | Attempts to make the call were unsuccessful | None (We recommend checking the contact details for the parent or carer are correct in your Management Information System (MIS)) |
| Completed | Call was successfully made | None |
| In Progress | Call is being made | Cancel call (Only if still within session start and end times) |
| Scheduled | Another attempt to make the call is scheduled based on your organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software.'s settings | Cancel call (Only if still within session start and end times) |
