Cashless Catering PayPoint Barcodes

  1. Select Payments, then Cashless Reconciliation from the menu.

  2. The Cashless Reconciliation page is displayed. Select Register from the drop-down list to display all details for the register.

  3. Set the filter options, then select Filter to display the information you want to view. For more information, go to Cashless Catering Overview.

    Select Reset to change the filter options.
  4. In the Select column, select the student(s) to which you want to send barcodes, then select Resend Barcodes.

  5. A confirmation message is displayed that displays the number of barcodes that are being sent by email and how many need to be issued a paper copy. Select Yes to send the emails and generate the paper copies.

    If a person has specifically requested a paper copy, but has an email address, you can remove their relationship to the applicable student (via Users > List) generate the barcode, then re-instate the relationship.If the person receiving the barcode does not have an email address in IRIS ParentMail a printed copy barcode is generated and needs to be printed. For more information, go to Manage Documents to Print.

  6. A success message is displayed. Select OK to return to the Register Activity page.
