No Response Received for IRIS ParentMail Account Changes

Changed IRIS ParentMail account details are displayed in the Verified User Changes Report, with the Status of Parent didn't respond. Please try again, if the change was not approved or rejected by the parent or carer within 7 days.

You must change the details again in the parent or carer IRIS ParentMail account again, which sends another email and displays the notification again in the IRIS ParentMail app, that the parent or carer has a change they must approve or reject.

You must not update your Management Information System (MIS) with changes that have the Status of Parent didn't respond. Please try again, as the parent or carer have not confirmed the personal details are correct.
