Remove a Published Week from a Schedule

If a week on a register schedule has been published but has incorrect details or should not yet be available, it must be unpublished.

When weeks on schedules are unpublished they are automatically removed from student or staff member accounts in the IRIS ParentMail app.

Before making any changes to a published schedule, you must cancel and refund any bookings or orders that have been paid for. Parents, carers, or staff members who have been refunded must be contacted about making their booking or order and paying for it again.

  1. Cancel and refund the bookings or orders already paid for.
  2. For the required register, select Actions, then Schedule.
  3. For the required week, select Un-Publish.

If you need to change the club or menu options available on the schedule either add an updated template or change an incorrect template.
