Incorrect Price Band Assigned

Students and staff members added to a register are automatically added to the Default price band if one is not specified. If they were assigned to the wrong price band, you must add them to the correct one, then adjust the balance of their account.

  1. Go to Registers, then select Balance Adjustment Tool.
  2. From Select Register, select the register balances are being adjust for.

    To only display the balance for the student or staff member's account being adjust, enter their name in Search by name.

  3. In Adjustment, enter the total amount the account has been overcharged or undercharged by.
  4. Enter the Reason for the adjustment.
  5. To confirm and make the adjustment, select Save.
