Add Members to Existing Registers and Price Bands

Students and staff members can be added to registers and price bands whenever required.

If a student or staff member is already assigned to a price band for the register, adding them to a different one automatically removes them from the previously assigned price band.

If a payment is made or the register is taken, the price band they have been moved to is automatically applied. If the register member was moved to another price band because they were incorrectly added to the previous one, you must amend the price for past orders.

  1. Edit the required register.
  2. Add the student or staff member as a register member.
  3. If the member needs to be allocated to a price band that is not the default, for the required price band, select Edit icon.
  4. Select Edit Members.
  1. If the name is known, use the search bar to locate them immediately.

    If the name is not known, use the Categories tree to drill down to the required user.

    To choose all members of a category, select the relevant category.

  2. Select all required contacts, then select Confirm.
  1. Save the price band changes.
  2. To save the changes to the register, select Save.
