Registers Getting Started Guide

Welcome to Registers, designed to record attendance and help manage meal orders and club bookings.

Registers Types 

IRIS ParentMail supports three types of register:

  • Attendance — Manage attendance for classes and events that charge an attendance fee
  • Club — Manage session times, availability, and bookings
  • Menu — Manage meal options, allergen details, and orders

Using Registers

To use Registers, you must have Manage Registers permissions. To check your permissions or have them set up, contact your IRIS ParentMail administrator.

Let us help you get started with the Registers module by building your first register:

  1. If creating a club or menu register, create a template first.
  2. Set up an Attendance, Menu, or Club register.
  3. If creating a club or menu register, add and publish the register schedule.
  4. To record attendance, take the register.
  5. Run reports to view attendance, meal choices, or club bookings.

Did you know?
You can use registers to book clubs or order meals on behalf of parents and carers.
