Create a Register Schedule

A schedule must be created to make the club sessions or menu options available to parents and carers or staff members to book.

To help you manage clubs and menus, schedules can be created for days, weeks, months, a term, or even yearly.

  1. For the required register, select Actions, then Schedule.
  2. For the day or week you want to add a day or week template to, select +Add Day or + Add Week.

    Dates displayed with a black dot are in the purchase window set when setting up the register.

  3. Select the required template.
  4. When you have added the templates for the required dates, you can either: 
    • Publish each required week to make it available immediately
    • Publish required weeks at a later date
  5. To close, select Done.

Did you know?
Schedules can be changed, removed, or updated as often as needed.
