Update — April 2023

The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during April 2023:

Fixes and Updates

  • Absences older than a year that have not been processed are no longer displayed in the count on the menu
  • Reports for Forms, Registers, and Parents' Evening Manager now download correctly
  • Correct values now being transferred to IRIS Financials(PSF)) for transactions from converted IRIS Financials registers
  • Register Summary now includes how many sessions have been added or removed when taking the register
  • Attendance Report for a Register now only generates when all students have been added to a Price Band

IRIS PlusPay

  • Resolved issues when downloading bank account Breakdown reports
  • Parents and carers now able to make card payments during busy times through Barclays in the IRIS ParentMail app
  • Post codes or zip codes for addresses outside of the United Kingdom now accepted when making card payments
  • Memory leak resolved when making SmartPay payments

Parents and Carers IRIS ParentMail Accounts

  • Parents and carers no longer receive errors when verifying changes to their personal details

Unsuccessful PayPal Payments

Resolved issues with parents and carers receiving a notification that their payment was successful when they do not have the amount to cover the payment in their PayPal-linked bank account.

A payment failed message will now be displayed advising they do not have sufficient funds.
