Update — 4th August 2022

IRIS ParentMail update available from 4th August 2022. This release includes the following new features and fixes for known issues:

New Features

  • Nominal codes can be added to registers in IRIS ParentMail to transfer register payments to IRIS Financials or PS Financials

Fixes and Updates

  • Guided Tours are being switched off on the 2nd September 2022. Help information added to Help > Guided Tours from 2nd September
  • Emails sent from IRIS ParentMail no longer delayed during peak times
  • Scheduled email queues now being processed correctly
  • Resolved delays with Reports in IRIS ParentMail being available for download by restricting the available date range to three months for large reports
  • Balances for students that have been removed from registers still display on the Register Balance Report. This is to comply with data retention policies
  • The same Nominal code for IRIS Financials or PS Financials can be linked to more than one Payment Item for Trips
  • Imported names capitalised correctly, such as, MacDonald. Parents and carers must approve or reject the changes before they are updated in IRIS ParentMail
  • Improved design in the User Details page where personal detail changes are waiting approval
