Unregistered Teachers Report

To access and join video appointments for parents' evenings, invited teachers and staff members must have a registered IRIS ParentMail account.

To check which staff members need to register their account, after setting up a parents' evening with video appointments:

1. Find and select the relevant parents' evening event.
2. For each teacher or staff member on the report:
   1. Find their IRIS ParentMail account.
   2. Send a registration link.
