Choose Students Invited to Parents' Evening

Set Up Parents' Evenings — Step 3 Back to Step 2

  1. Select Add Students, then choose who to invite: 
  1. If the student or staff member name is known, use the search bar to locate them immediately.

    When sending event invites to parents or carers, you always choose the student as the recipient.

    If the name is not known, use the Categories tree to drill down to the required user.

    To choose all members of a category, select the relevant category.

  2. Select all required contacts, then select Confirm.
  1. Check the number of students selected in the Contacts Book matches the number of students you would expect to be invited. If not, run the rollover process again.
  2. To send invites to parents and carers that require separate appointments, select Students that require separate bookings per parent, then select the required students.
  3. Set the event dates and appointment times.
