Registering an IRIS ParentMail Account

IRIS ParentMail administrator accounts are created and activated at installation time. New user accounts can then be created. An email is then sent to users asking them to confirm details before their account is registered with IRIS ParentMail — this applies to accounts used by both staff members, and parents and carers.

Register a New IRIS ParentMail Account

If you have not previously registered with IRIS ParentMail, a registration link is sent in an email or text message for you to register your account.

  1. Select either Register in the email or select the registration link in the text message. Alternatively, copy and paste the link into your browser.

  2. Select I don't have a an account.

  3. Check the details entered by the organisation that invited your to register, enter a password in New Password, then enter the same password in Confirm Password.

  4. Select I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then select Complete Registration.

    Select Terms and Conditions to display the document in a new tab.

  5. Select Let's Go to view your account.

Register with an Existing IRIS ParentMail Account

If the user has previously registered with IRIS ParentMail for another organisation, they are invited to connect to your organisation.

  1. Select Manage Your Connections in the email or text message. Alternatively, copy and paste the link into your browser.

  2. Select I already have an account.

  3. Check the name of the organisation for which you are being invited to connect, then select Proceed.

  4. Enter your IRIS ParentMail account Email Address and Password, then select Login.

  5. Select Let's Go to view your account.

Registering for an IRIS Identity Account

If you have an IRIS Identity account, you'll be asked to confirm your personal details, then can log in to IRIS ParentMail.

When you receive an IRIS ParentMail account registration email or text message from an organisation, select either Register in the email or select the registration link in the text message. Select I don't have an account, then follow the steps to complete registration and create your IRIS Identity account.

If you are invited to connect to IRIS ParentMail by another organisation but already have an IRIS Identity account linked to another organisation, select either Manage Your Connections from the email or select the registration link in the text message to go to IRIS ParentMail. Select I already have an account, then follow the steps to confirm your details and log in.
