Back to Form Options
To manage how recipients can reply to forms, you can:

Set a total number of replies you receive by entering an amount in Maximum Replies
Example: You're sending 300 forms but only want replies from the first 100 recipients who complete it.
If you do not want to set a maximum number of replies, leave it blank.
- Choose Anonymous Reply to remove the recipients name from responses
Reply options apply whether you are sending to all contacts to only get a response from the first one to reply, separate contacts to get a reply from each of them, or only to primary contacts.
Did you know?
Setting a maximum number of replies does not limit recipients sending multiple responses. If you only want one set of responses for a form, do not enter a number of maximum replies or send separate forms.
