Add Form Recipients

Back to Form Options

All parents and carers linked as contacts for a student get a copy of the form but only the first one to complete it can submit responses. If separate responses are required, send them separate copies of the form.

  1. Select Add Recipients
  1. If the student or staff member name is known, use the search bar to locate them immediately.

    When sending forms to parents or carers, you always choose the student as the recipient.

    If the name is not known, use the Categories tree to drill down to the required user.

    To choose all members of a category, select the relevant category.

  2. Select all required contacts, then select Confirm.

Did you know?
If you forgot to add a recipient, need to send separate forms, or send to more recipients, you can add recipients to a form after it has been sent.
