All Responses Submitted For This Form Report
Reports only include information about the form responses for the date it is run.
Generating the report again overwrites the previous report run. To keep a record of the report before generating a new one, download it.
Responses for paper copies are not included in reports unless they have been entered manually in IRIS ParentMail.
Run the All Responses Submitted For This Form report to download the details of every response received. The report includes the following information for each response:
- Date Completed — When the form was completed
- First Name — Student's first name that this response is for
- Last Name — Student's last name that this response is for
- Registration Group — Student's registration group
- Year Group — Student's year group
- Completed By — The contact who completed this form
- Completed For (CSV Version Only) — If completed manually in IRIS ParentMail, who this form was completed on behalf of
The PDF version of the report has individual copies of the completed form for each recipient. If it was sent to parents and carers, the responses are split by student name.
