Run Form Response Reports

To collect responses for a form, run and download the required report.

Reports only include information about the form responses for the date it is run.

Generating the report again overwrites the previous report run. To keep a record of the report before generating a new one, download it.

Responses for paper copies are not included in reports unless they have been entered manually in IRIS ParentMail.

Reports only include the information for the dates selected at run time. Generating the report again, overwrites the previous report run. To keep a record of the report before generating a new one, download it.

  1. Go to Responses, then find and select the required form.
  2. Select Actions, then Reports.
  3. Choose the required report.

    Reports are automatically generated in CSV format. To create a PDF version, where available, select Generate PDF before selecting Generate Report.

  4. To create the report, select Generate Report.
  5. Once the report has been generated, download either the CSV or PDF version as required.

If the report is taking time to generate, download it later.
