Preparing for Year-End in July

To help your organisation prepare for year-end, the following processes can be completed at the end of July.

Before completing any preparation for year-end during June, July, August, and September, month-end processes must be completed first.

1. Set up the new financial year and accounting periods.
2. Create the VAT periods.
3. Run a Trial Balance.
4. Review commitments.
5. Check all locations balance to zero.
