Calendar

Overview

The Calendar dashboard shows the practice's users timesheet postings in graphical views for the calendar month.

 

Actual/Planned

In the search filters you can select Actual or Planned. Actual is the posted time into time sheets, Planned comes from the staff non-charge bookings which are entered in staff maintenance under the bookings tab.

 

Wall Chart

The results are shown as block graphs for the person, which can be grouped by department, category or branch. The results are all drillable back to the original time postings, by clicking on the block for the specific person and day.

 

Summary

The summary view displays the results in pie charts and can display a separate chart for each user, or grouped by department, category or branch. In addition to this, the results can be shown for the selected period, or year to date.

 

Time Line

Unlike the Wall Chart and Summary views, the time line displays results for the whole year. The results are totalled for each month within the year.


Legend

Non-Working - these are the days when part time staff are not expected to work.

Chargeable - time staff spent on client jobs.

Non-Chargeable - time incurred whilst being at work.

Non-Accountable - non attendance from work, for example holidays.

(Other) - it is also possible to display any of the non-charge codes as a separate entry. These are specified in the calendar section of the Practice Dashboards settings in System Maintenance. For example, you may want to show Holiday as a separate entry:
