Activate completed timesheets

If changes need to be made to a timesheet that has been marked as complete, it will need to be activated.

This can only be done if the timesheet entry has not been posted.

Activate individual entries

  1. Select Entry > My Timesheet from the menu.
  2. From the Timesheet Entries for page, navigate to required timesheet.
  3. At the end of the required entry, click Actions and select Activate.

  4. The line turns beige and is marked ACTIVE.

Activate all entries

You can also activate all timesheet entries in the list that have been marked as complete.

  1. Select Entry > My Timesheet from the menu.
  2. From the Timesheet Entries for page, click the Cog icon and select Activate All.
