View sent messages

IT Manager Practice Admin

  1. Select Admin > Task Pad from the menu, then click Email Status.

  2. Select the Recent tab to see messages that have sent in the last 14 days. You filter the messages by their status, such as Unsent. The Date Range tab allows you to view the messages sent within a specific timeframe.

  3. Click the message in the Results panel to view the Message Detail.
